Pilgrim Appoints CFO

Ron Kozlin has been appointed chief financial officer of Pilgrim Software, Inc. Mr. Kozlin will provide strategic leadership and will oversee all financial aspects of Pilgrim together with the company’s growth initiatives, including business plans, budgets, financial reporting, analysis and planning, accounting, and legal and contracts.
 
“This appointment is integral to Pilgrim’s strategic initiative to ensure its continuing leadership in delivering world-class products and services,” said Thierry Durand, chief executive officer of Pilgrim Software. “In joining the company’s executive leadership team, Ron will play a key role in determining and delivering on the strategy of the business going forward.
 
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Kozlin was chief financial officer of Fortress Technologies, a provider of secure outdoor tactical wireless communications for global defense, critical infrastructure and enterprise users. Previously he was director of financial planning and analysis for MarineMax, a large yacht and boat retailer, headquartered in Clearwater, FL. He also held senior level finance positions with finance ViryaNet, Utility Partners, and Arthur Andersen LLP.
